Specializing in romantic, timeless bridal hair and makeup, I travel on-site throughout Interior Alaska to bring a professional, elevated experience directly to you. From your first inquiry to your final touch-up, every detail is thoughtfully planned to ensure your wedding morning is seamless, relaxing, and memorable.

Bridal Experience & Investment

Bride

Luxury Bridal Hair — $300

Approximately 60 minutes

Luxury Bridal Makeup — $325

Flower Girl (Age 9 & Under)

Light Makeup — $45

Includes soft shimmer and lip gloss. False lashes are not included.

Bridal Preview

A bridal preview is highly recommended and is one of the best ways to ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly.

During your preview appointment, we'll discuss your vision, review inspiration photos, and customize your bridal hair and makeup to complement your dress, venue, and personal style. This gives us the opportunity to perfect every detail before your wedding day.

Bridal previews are held Tuesday through Friday at Honey Haus Collective.

Please arrive with clean, completely dry hair and a clean, makeup-free face.

Bridal Hair Preview — $150

Bridal Makeup Preview — $250

Booking Information

A signed Bridal Service Agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your wedding date.

Your wedding date is not secured until both have been received.

Because I accept a limited number of weddings each season, your retainer reserves my exclusive availability, planning time, communication, and preparation leading up to your wedding day.

Minimum Investment

Saturday on-site weddings require a minimum investment of $1,200 in contracted services.

Weekday and off-season weddings may have lower minimums based on availability.

Travel

Travel within 30 miles of North Pole/Fairbanks is included.

Travel beyond 30 miles is billed at $1.25 per mile (round trip).

If your venue requires airfare, lodging, parking, ferries, tolls, or other travel accommodations, those expenses are the responsibility of the booking party.

Additional Artist

To provide the best possible experience for larger bridal parties or tighter wedding timelines, an additional licensed artist may be required.

This ensures everyone is completed on time without sacrificing the quality of your experience.

Additional Artist Coordination Fee — $200

This fee covers scheduling, coordination, timeline planning, and management of your additional artist. Services performed by the additional artist will be included in your customized quote.

Beauty Mama's Glam reserves the right to require an additional artist when necessary to accommodate your wedding timeline.

Touch-Up Services

Final touch-ups are included before I leave your venue.

If you would like me to remain on-site for additional touch-ups throughout portraits, before the ceremony, or for a reception look, the following options are available:

On-Site Artist Attendance — $75 per hour

Second Hair or Makeup Look — $175

Wedding Day Policies

To ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly:

• Hair must be clean and completely dry before styling.

• Hair requiring blow drying will incur a $25 fee.

• A personalized beauty timeline will be created for your bridal party.

• Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late may incur a $25 late fee and services may need to be adjusted to remain on schedule.

• Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding.

• Once final payment has been received, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If your wedding is canceled within 30 days of the event, 50% of the remaining contracted balance will be due.

If your wedding date changes, I will gladly accommodate the new date if availability allows. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, and a new retainer is required to reserve a new wedding date.

Payment

The bride or designated booking party is responsible for the full contracted balance.

Bridal party members are welcome to reimburse the booking party separately if desired.
